I was informed of all my options and quotes to repair or replace my existing water heater without any pressure or hard sell.
“After weighing my options I decided to convert to a tankless water heater system. A1 did the dismantling of the old water heater system and the new install in about 4 hours. After the work was done, everything was left perfectly clean and organized.
“Had a slight issue with the recirculating pump part of the system and called the company. One of their plumbers in Newport News told me exactly what the problem was and came out and flipped a settings switch which fixed the issue immediately.
“If you want endless hot (and I do mean hot) water, consider a tankless water heater and a company that carries top quality products backed by years of experience. I highly recommend A1.
