Memberships are only for residential properties and are non-transferable to other properties but can be transferred to a new homeowner if the home is sold during the term of membership. All services must be provided in the same annual appointment. Water heater flushes are not always possible with aging water heaters. The member must schedule their annual appointment to be carried out within a 30-day timeframe after the 365-day mark of the membership purchase date. The 5% discount applies to all services up to 365 days after the membership purchase date. The Porcelain Membership’s weekend and after-hours rates are reduced to the standard service rate and discounted an additional 5%.
