“We had a plumbing emergency last night about 8:45 pm, called A-1 Sewer & Drain to explain the problem, and their plumber in Newport News called us back within 5 minutes or so. Terry was on 24-hour duty and said he’d be at our house in about an hour.
“He arrived an hour later and examined the problem (broken valve in upstairs shower), turned off the water in just that shower and left us with everything else working perfectly.
“This was a problem that would require equipment that he did not carry but told us that we would be contacted first thing in the morning. We got a call before 7 am and set up a 9-noon window for their plumber in Newport News. Joe arrived about 9:45 am and is hard at work now.
“We have always been pleased with the work A-1 Sewer & Drain has done for us over the years, and I HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have!! They are one of the best plumbing companies in Newport News.”
